Project Overview:
We successfully delivered a turnkey steel structure solution for a modern 15,000 sqm logistics warehouse in Southeast Asia. The facility features a clear span of 30 meters and an eave height of 12 meters, providing maximum flexibility for the client’s high-density racking system.

Structural & Technical Highlights:
The main frame utilizes high-strength Q355B steel portal frames with tapered H-beams, ensuring structural stability while reducing overall steel consumption by 15%. The roof and walls are clad with 0.5mm high-rib standing seam metal panels (AZ150 coating), complemented by 100mm fiberglass insulation to withstand the region's high temperatures and heavy rainfall. For natural lighting and ventilation, we integrated skylight panels and industrial ridge vents, effectively lowering the building's daily energy costs.

Execution & Delivery:
Despite the tight schedule, our advanced CNC manufacturing and pre-fabrication processes allowed for rapid on-site assembly. The entire structure was completed and handed over in just 45 days. This project not only met stringent local wind load and seismic requirements but also demonstrated our capability to deliver cost-effective, durable, and rapid-construction steel solutions for international clients.
